How we work: A step by step guide

Step 1: Give Us Call Once you have read through our website give us a phone call on 0800 211 8523 During our call we will talk through what kind of service will be best suited to you and your needs. We’ll then organise the best suitable time for our friendly engineer to come around and carry out a thorough survey.
Step 2: Survey Once at the survey, one of our experienced engineers will visit your home to assess your staircase. Upon inspection we can get all the details we require for the next process which is installation. We have set prices so you don’t need to worry about any surprising hidden extras. Our engineer will sit down with you and talk about the 2 systems we have and we can decide which best suits your requirements.
Step 3: Installation Once we have all your survey details and got everything ready for installation, we can arrange installation at a time and date that best suits you. After your stairlift has been fitted we will take our time to ensure our engineer will demonstrate a full product demonstration so you have a full understanding of how the lift operates and answer any questions you may have, so you’ll know exactly how to use your new stairlift
